Vencorex is looking for a new Market Development Manager for Europe.

Reporting to the Global Manager of the market development team, you are the technical contact of our customers and business partners and the interface between Sales, Marketing and R&D departments of Vencorex. You are in charge of supporting sales growth and development of new businesses thanks to your technical knowledge and understanding of markets, key trends, customers’ needs and un-met needs.

 Main tasks:

  • Promotion of Vencorex products and branding through visits and calls to customers and presentations in congresses and shows.
  • Technical support to customers.
  • Identification and development of opportunities to grow sales of specialty products.
  • Marketing studies to size possible value creation related to new applications or new potential products in order to feed Marketing and Product Strategies.
  • Training of sales team and distributors on products and applications.


  • Master’s degree in organic chemistry or polymer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in R&D and/or technical service in industrial coatings, ideally with knowledge of polyurethane chemistry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and in English (B2).
  • Experience in international customer contacts and knowledge of customer relationship management, great interpersonal skills, with ability to listen.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and proficiency in Customer Relationships Management (CRM) tools.
  • Well organised and rigorous, autonomous, committed and adaptable.
