Discover Tolonate™ X DH5, new blocked aliphatic isocyanate.

Vencorex will launch Tolonate™ X DH5 at the upcoming American Coatings Show 2024.

The new Tolonate™ X DH5 is a blocked polyisocyanate, specifically designed for 1K heat activated polyurethane formulations used in Coil, Packaging, General Industry and OEM applications.

Coil coatings based on Tolonate™ X DH5 can be applied at high film thickness and show superior flexibility, as well as exceptional durability. Thus, they provide better metal protection compared to alternative solutions.

Tolonate™ X DH5 is also the ideal choice for white topcoats as it does not show yellowing issues in case of overbaking.
