Acquisition of Vencorex US, Inc. and Vencorex Thailand isocyanates derivatives production entities by Covestro.

Other activities of Pont-de-Claix site, including iscocyanates monomers and Chlor-Alkali production are definitively stopped and under liquidation.

Vencorex Group does no longer have any industrial activity and neither produce nor sell any chemicals
