Due to its structure HDI biuret offers a superior flexibility compared to HDI trimer. We offer this grade at 100% solid content and diluted versions. We have a low viscosity version as well.
Due to its structure, Tolonate™ X FLO 100 offers superior flexibility to polyurethane and polyaspartics or polyurea systems. This difunctional isocyanate, used as co-crosslinker is the solution for high performance coating.
With Tolonate™ X FLO 100 in a polyurea formulation for concrete flooring, tensile elongation is increased by 150%.
In several applications coatings have to be flexible in order to resist to stone chip, impact or substrate deformation and avoid cracking, delamination or defect which can affect substrate protection or appearance.
