Abrasion Resistance

Abrasion or wear resistance is one of the key parameters in the durability of the coating. Our specific Tolonate™ and Easaqua™ grades boost your formulation to withstand mechanical wear and keep the original appearance of the coating.
Adhesion

Adhesives producer always look for higher adhesion. Our Tolonate™ HDT LV, Tolonate™ HDT LV2 and Easaqua™ recommended are the perfect choices to boost adhesives formulations and obtain superior performances.
Chemical and stain resistance

Polyurethane coatings are well recognized for their excellent chemical and stain resistance. Our specific Tolonate™ and Easaqua™ grades enhance the resistance of your formulation to harsh solvents, coffee or graffiti ink.
Easy dispersibility into water

Our Easaqua™ product line, based on unique and patented technology, specifically designed for waterborne polyurethane formulations offers self emulsifiable isocyanates, very easy to incorporate and providing high performances.
Fast drying & Stackability

To increase productivity, save energy or reduce dust contamination a fast drying coating is necessary. Energy is saved with a reduced curing temperature or even drying at room temperature. Dust contamination can be avoided with fast drying product.
Flexibility

In several applications coatings have to be flexible in order to resist to stone chip, impact or substrate deformation and avoid cracking, delamination or defect which can affect substrate protection or appearance.
Hardness

Coatings need to resist to mechanical forces as pressure, rubbing or scratching. This resistance can be achieved with a superior hardness thanks to our dedicated Tolonate™ and Easaqua™ grades.
Heat & humidity resistance

Water can cause severe degradation to a coating or an adhesive. Developing a formulation with high resistance in hot and humid conditions is a challenge that Tolonate™ and Easaqua™ grades can take up.
Longer pot life

In two components polyurethane, pot life can be a constraint for some applications. Pot life plays a major role in material selection for specific manufacturing environment or process.
VOC reduction

Develop environmentally friendly formulations with low or zero VOC content is a global priority. We offer specific Tolonate™ and Easaqua™ grades to address this technical challenge.
Weathering Resistance

Polyurethane coatings based on our Tolonate™ or Easaqua™ grades have proved their superior durability, leading to coatings showing outstanding gloss retention upon ageing.
